ASUS is back in the gaming-mouse business with the ROG Strix Carry, which is an ultra-small wireless model you can carry around for everyday use - hence its name. It features a PixArt PMW3330 optical sensor, 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth connectivity, and the manufacturer's exclusive switch-socket design.

Definitely like the idea of replaceable switches!
Went through several logitech mice and after awhile they all start having that annoying double click within a couple of years. Would be cool to just replace the switch. Are there any other companies that do replaceable switches or is that new?

You could probably clean the switches with high purity alcohol or contact cleaner to get them working normally again. It's the first time I've seen replaceable switches.

No, the membrane coating worns out, it gets an oxide layer afterwards really fast.

I recently got this mouse after i got the double click issue on a Logitech G603, overall i like the Strix Carry but the wheel has issues. Maybe i could return it but its not major.

Basically the wheel sometimes does not scroll even though i scroll it, i need to bump the wheel a tiny bit more then the scroll registers.

Also i can't get the software to work, i think the polling rate is set under 1000hz because tiny movements are not registered until i move the mouse a certain amount.
