Asus RX 580 DUAL - burnt parts

I recently got hands onto the RX 580 ASUS DUAL with a burnt out circuit. And I am wondering if its possible to replace them.

Is anyone able to help me identificate faulty parts? Or even tell me, if it's worth trying.
