MY question is RAM Compatibility

1.) DDR3 16GB (4x4G) G.Skill 2133Mhz RipjawsZ Ram Kit
2.) DDR3 8GB (2x4G) Corsair 1600MHz Vengeance CL8 RAM Kit x 2

Will these RAM kits be compatible with the Z77 Sabertooth? and if they are which would be the better choice, and if not what RAM would be Recommended?

Thanks

well i understand higher speed, the G skill but what do you mean by timing?

Memory timings or RAM timings measure the performance of DRAM memory using four parameters: CL, tRCD, tRP, and tRAS in units of clock cycles; they are commonly written as four numbers separated with dashes, e.g. 5-5-5-15. The fourth (tRAS) is often omitted, and a fifth, the Command rate, sometimes added. It is common to advertise only CL. These parameters specify the latencies (time delays) that affect speed of random access memory. Lower numbers imply faster performance

I have the quad-channel kit of Ripjawz at 2133 (9-11-10-28) and it runs pretty well on SB-E. I would imagine IVB will handle it well too.

 have you used google before?
Dual-channel-enabled memory controllers in a PC system architecture utilize two 64-bit data channels. Dual channel should not be confused with double data rate (DDR), in which data exchange happens twice per DRAM clock. The two technologies are independent of each other and many motherboards use both, by using DDR memory in a dual-channel configuration
single channel ram

dual channel ram

so with dual channel memory your ram could handle data twice bigger than single channel ram
so it would boost your rig performance \
