Ati Mobility Radeon 4650 Bios Flash?

Hi guys, last week i was having problems with my 5770 and hooked up this website and followed instructions and flashed my bios, now the problems are gone. My question is i am having problems with my laptop's graphic card, there are blue dots on the screen.

Is it possible to flash bios of mobility cards also? my card is mobility radeon 4650 but i didnt see any bios for mobility series on download section. Is there any other way to fix my problem?

formatted windows and reinstalled new drivers never worked.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
