ATI Tool Trouble After Standby

I am using ATI Tool to control the fan speed of my X850XT and I recently got a Theater 550 Pro TV Tuner. I am using it to record shows and I have the computer set to go into standby after 15 min and MCE wakes the computer up when its time to record and then it goes into standby after 15 min after recording is finished as set per Windows power options. The problem is when the computer wakes up from standby, the fan settings in ATI Tool are all reset back to stock of 5% until like 90 C. I still can use the settings I created when I load them manually, but is there anyway to fix this so I don't have to worry about the computer when I'm gone for the weekend and make sure the card stays cool?
