is the x300 a ok card to play old games?

i just found one in a old dell computer

is it at all decent enough to play counterstrike 1.6, MAYBE even counterstrike source?

i have enough left over parts for a pc and this is the last piece i need

I think I would be able to play on low/medium settings. I used to play it on low settings with nForce 4 intergrated graphics just fine. It did lag a lil bit sometimes but for general gameplay it was fine.

yes it plays those games just fine. i had the xpress 200m with is about 10 - 15% slower. i played call of duty on low settings.
