I have a R9 290 and just updated as well as did a fresh install of Windows 10 1903 (wanted to get rid of some junk) and the problem I have is that any type of video I'm watching, if I pause and step away for a while like a few minutes and play it again, the audio will first sound fine and a few seconds later it will completely cut off for a good 3-5 seconds before coming back on. This happens on Youtube, reddit videos, MPC-HC, etc. Is anyone else having that issue? I did do an update to 19.6.1 before my fresh install of Windows when I was on 1803 and the problem was still there.
