Guys im having a bit of a problem.

Just switched motherboard and this gigabyte cant find my samsung 950 pro 512 nvme drive ? Tried all 3 slots on it and disabling CMS and so on.

Can anybody help me ?

So the drive doesn't show up in the UEFI?
Or is it Windows that can't see it when you're trying to install the OS?

Dosent show up un uefi but does when im trying to install windows

So not really a problem then, there are no settings for NVMe drives. There's a place where you're supposed to be able to view details about NVMe drives, but it doesn't seem to work with all types of drives.
I'd suggest using M2P_32G unless you're using the PCIe x4 slot, as that's the only one that isn't shared with SATA ports, according to the manual.
Once you've installed Windows, it should show up as a bootable device.

But i keep getting a warning that my bios cant find the drive in uefi before installing windows ?

Try installing Windows on it and see, it should show up after that.
Just remember you need a GUID/GPT install drive for Windows.

Is your Windows install drive GUID/GPT? If it's MBR, it won't install of an NVMe drive.

Found the problem. Changed the Boot option from “uefi” to “legacy” mode and suddenly it was there. But thanks thou :)
