I've blind-flashed a GPU before - It's been awhile and I'll have to recall what I did and then try it with an old card I have to make sure I can still do it correctly.
It was with an older card I did it with before (5950) and not 100% sure if the procedure would be the same with a newer one or not.

Give me some time and I'll see what I come up with, ATM I"m working on a dead DFI Ultra B and it's about Frankenstein-Time with it.
Once I get this out of the way I'll look into NVflash and see what goes.

He's not blind flashing, has another card in there

Hmm..... If not mistaken that could be a thing to work around.
IF I recall correctly there is a certain command string you must use to get it to flash the correct card or it won't know which one to flash and throw an error or something. Again I'll have to look at this when I have time, probrably tomorrow in my case to see.

If anyone can give an answer more quickly that would be appreciated.

I would have just thought something along the lines of:

1. Open PowerShell with Admin privileges in the directory of NVFlash

2. Find index of graphics adapter . E.g : <0> GeForce GT 710
nvflash64.exe --list

3. Use the index of the GTX 1060 in the command below
nvflash.exe --index=<index> <bios_name>.ROM

Example only: nvflash64.exe --index=0 GT710.rom

Not sure if it still works, but adding a -f in the above command will force a flash.

As always, be very careful. Read the nvflash.txt for more information.

Go troll elsewhere.

Not trolling, just stating facts. I honestly didn't know. I'm currently RMA'ing my card and running off my iGPU, I genuinely got upset for OP

Have to say it, the 2700X was never meant to have an iGPU made into it so it doesn't and that does not equal cheapness on AMD's part - That is the fact, not fiction of it.
That deal is for the FM2 based chips and frankly, I'd rather it not have it in them.

Back on topic:
Haven't done anything yet (Been up all night here) but will once I finally crash and get some rest.
Do be aware of this: With more than one GPU in the system NVflash has to be told which card to flash.
I mentioned it before and reiterating it for the record since it's important to the process. If you flash the wrong card, you've either fixed nothing or possibly worse, borked the other card too if the flash goes wrong and now you're really driving blind trying to resolve the problem.

If possible it's best to only have one card in the system so you don't have to worry about it and yes, it can be done - Just not as easily.

Ok plug in working card, hook monitor up to the working card, plug non working card in other slot, run the tool and find the card needing flash.
