I was wondering if anyone else gets this problem, because its costing me lives and making me look a fool,

my PC specs are well above the recommended and minimum, but when you get that blurryness, when a tank shoots right near you or when bombs have gone off next to me, my game slows down and starts to skip frame, becomes unplayable,

Does anyone know how to cure this?

it happens offline aswell as online. :wtf:

The particle effects are slowing your machine down. Try lowering the graphics settings.

Correct, if I had to guess it's your CPU slowing you down.

If you are otherwise getting a solid 60 FPS framerate with your current settings, then leave them as they are.

What to turn down is the 'EFFECTS' to 'LOW'. BF2 is CPU intensive and your CPU cannot handle the ingame physics in addition to all the other calculations.
