Easy call.
Single campaign: MW2. Riveting action but confusing story line.
Multiplayers: BC2. Vehicles + destructible environment = better experience.

I like MW2 SP
MW2 has great online MP like 15% of the time
When it's not lagging or nobodies hacking it's the best..But that is like 85% of the Time

BFBC2 is not for me I don't care for Team games..SP is the worst I have ever seen...waiting for the rst of your team to catch up LOL and then watching the bad guys pop out of the most obvious spots..not good
MP~ for BFBC2 isn't for me..so I wont say anything bad about it

I find both games to be equally good. I dont know about online but the SP Campaign mode in MW2 is kickass. I really enjoyed it. The airport mission was crazy though. For me CoD 4 and MW2 will be one of my most favorite FPS of all time. I started playing BFBC2 recently and about half through the game. For me from what i have played the game i gets and 8.5, MW2 gets a 9.0 and COD4 gets a 9.5.

P.S : I'm referring to SP mode only.

2 clips? I find that hard to believe, it only feels like 2 clips cause you got 2-3 shot kills in Modern Noobfare versus 5-8 shot kills in BC2, you dont run around shirtless in BC2 like you do in MW2.

In my book, the latter option (it taking 5-8 shots to kill) would be considered 'noobfare', or Battlenoob BC2. Play BFBC2 in hardcore mode, and it takes much fewer shots to kill. This means that when you want to take out an enemy, you dont have to empty your whole magazine, advertising your position to the whole map, before the guy drops....by which time someone who has seen the hail of bullets runs around the corner and stabs you in the eye whilst you reload.

Also, there is nothing worse than playing BFBC2, as an engineer, and running around the corner where you seen an enemy medic go, emptying the last 16 bullets of your SAIGA or whatever into him, only for him to bunny hop around, reload, and then rip you apart with his M60. In games with small maps like MW and BFBC2 (yes console gamers, compared with BF2, those maps are tiny), it should only ever take a small amount of hits to take someone down.

It's alot easier in MW. Fray and pray and you will most likely get some kills. Nobody crouch to shoot, and the maps have limited line of sight compare to BF.

Beside, all games mode in BF base on kill count/tickets, and BF doesn't have to be like MW. It's 2 different games.

It will be hard for MW players to adapt, 'cause everyone frays and prays in that game, and the best player is the one with best reaction time.

I enjoy both games. I don't see why people have to either love or the other. People are just retarded.

I made it to level 70 in MW2 and I'm only at 19 in BF BC2. But I unlocked the M60 finally. I leveled the playing field last night and went 30-10. Its nice to be able to keep up now. Sadly, the first few ranks and guns in BF BC2 just suck and you are terribly out gunned. I almost quit playing it a few times because of this. I mean a level 1 medic that can't heal... really?? I have many more beefs with BF BC2 than I did with MW2 tbh and I've experienced cheaters and noob tubers in both games.

mw1 is great online on xbox sometimes.... i only really snipe
mw2 was alite until every1 unlocks all the cheap stuff 2 just spam kills [ what is the point?]:)
pretty gay if your up against the allmigty 12 year old geek clan who spams chopper gunner to get on top of the leaderboard.... LOSERS!

bfbc2 is more skilled and if you want to win you have to use teamwork. also 8 shots:eek:
try firing single shot and aim ^ you mite get more kills + single well placed shots good even without hardcore.
and once all the bugs are fixed will be ok.
i never have this lag use speak of , join 40 ping servers ? and cheaters ? only 1 server i joined that i seen poeple kicked buy pb for cheating , maybe its only u americans who have to suffer with these losers cheating as i dont waste my time trying to join . ire.

as for singleplayer all 3 have great singleplayer but mw2 is the lowest scoring for me.

sry for my rant..

The servers where you see players getting banned, are the servers where you are likely to get LESS cheats, than the ones where you don't. There is a tremendous amount of cheating going on in BFBC2.

Aside from the wide range of as of yet undetected hacks, there are numerous other little config file edits that people with the know-how can do, in order to have everyone names appear above thier heads showing thier healthbars etc etc.

I've always prefered the battlefield series over the cod series. Cod is lacking without vehicles and their maps are to small. Battlefield just feels more epic and like a real battle while cod just feels like a small shootout.

Also cod singleplayer is boring. I buy shooters for the multiplayer.

CoD1 & the UO expansion is more legendary then MW1. tanks, Jeeps & on modded servers you get motorcycles with the little sidecar & planes you could fly though that mod was glitchy as hell.

now its just tiny/small maps & no vehicles.

CoD maps use to be almost as big as BF2s at one point. Ive played on some pretty big maps in my time. - id hop in a jeep & it would take me at least over 1minute to get to the otherside of the map to steal the other teams flag.

Even though CoD2 & CoD4:MW1 (& somewhat MW2 by the console community) have been really really really well recieved but unfortunately CoD has shed too much of its original qualities that made the franchise what it is today & instead of getting better with time - for CoD its been taking steps backwards instead of forwards. hundreds of people still play CoD1/UO & there are still servers that are packed out on there most nights even though lots of servers have been killed off with time as the owners no longer played or wanted to renew their subscription. but there are still a handfull of decent poplutated servers to run on.

UO owned my life for almost 2 years. One of the greatest multiplayer FPS's ever made

meh - I wasnt that impressed with WaW, but i do own the game & i was one of a handful of people who bought it out of my long list of friends I regularly play online with.

multiplayer was fairly decent but it was lacking something. then things started getting stupid when you couldnt call in artillery strikes & dogs because 90% of players on the server wanted to do the exact same thing which resulted in a unending constant barrage of arty & dog shits through out the whole round until it ended.

next to the voices that keep shouting at you every 3 seconds about how your losing or taking the lead etc etc etc (fuck you jack bauer & that japanese asshole)

I prefer Modern Warfare 2. I'm just not a big fan of the battlefield series. Modern Warfare 2 is fun occasionally when you don't need to use your brain.

downgrade to a netbook & use the remaining cash from the sale of your pc & put it towards buying a console - that would probably the smartest thing you could ever do...

Sure,

1: no camping, at least not much MW2: many campers
2: every class has its pros and cons MW2: you have weapons that are good for everything.
3: many weapons MW2: also many weapons
4: cool vehicles MW2: you have vehicles, but you can only be gunner. An need killstreaks for them
5: nice big maps MW2 :MUCH smaller maps, compared to BC2 they are tiny
