Select Hardline in Battlelog at the top. Go to the server brower and try to play. It will say you need to download it. Select "ok" or whatever and it will add it to your library.

Well BF4 is still in BETA for Christ's sake, does everyone here intend to sit and play Beta games that EA crap out every year, moan for 6-8 months about the game being coded by bollock caressing monkies and then go right on ahead and eat up the next feast of a Beta EA prepare for you?

Exactly. I haven't bought a CoD in years because of this. I'm a HUGE BF fan but after paying 100 bucks to be a beta tester for a year now......NO WAY. DICE has a LONG way to gain my trust back.

They made Bad Company 2 Vietnam as a downloadable expansion, what i think is that EA realized that touting a game as a full release makes more money than just releasing substantial DLC. Not everyone is inclined to buy DLC, possibly a bit of a sweeping statement but i think the average person sees a perceived less value in DLC for a half a year release over a new release even though it would be the same.

EDIT: if someone confirms it's either literally BF4 with new modes or slightly more of a difference that would be interesting.

I can see people buying this game for the SP only and that's cool if you're into that kind of game.

But for the multiplayer, screw that. The videos clearly show that its a broken game in beta form just like BF4 is today, 7+ mos. after release.

I won't even play this beta now or at release. A year from now it will be free and I still won't download it. Screw EA.
