The Dark Power Pro 11 line is be quiet!'s high-end PSU line with six Platinum-certified members that offer great, silent performance. Today we will test the second-strongest member of the line with a capacity of 1 kW.

This unit doesn't seem to have any real weaknesses, and the price isn't that high for a 1000watt unit.
Pretty impressive result by BeQuiet/FSP :), didn't expected these results to be honest !!

Indeed. the 5VSB and 3.3v performance is worth mentioning, but hardly an issue since fewer and fewer things use 3.3v, and 5VSB is only functional during non-critical standby ops. Pretty good.

As a fan of Be Quiets! products I would love to replace my current PSU to theirs but those rainbow cables... It`s 2016 not 2008 anymore.

BeQuiet is one of rare PSU makers who use high end FDB fans for their units. Most use crappy noisy double ball bearing fans.

@Krekeris
I have a Dark Power Pro 750W unit and the colored cables aren't really visible through the mesh sleeving. Just a bit at each end of the cable.
