Someone here pointed once that no company in computer industry polarizes people as much as AMD. And it's happening right now.
I know AMD fanboys had hibernated for a few dry years, but the sudden Ryzen rising was still fairly acceptable.
On the GPU front it's just unbearable. Is it because AMD still makes sub-par products?

Here's to world peace and AMD finally selling GPU business to Intel...

Adoredtv targets such audience,and he is stunningly succesful. As much as I think he's just an average B- tech journalist, his techniques are A+, I'd stand up and clap seeing how he influences his followers. If he's not getting paid by AMD he's just silly,he's doing three times as good a job as their whole marketing departament.

Ryzen is a good cpu, Vega 56 is very decent too. it's just the constant shoving amd's products down people's throats on TPU that is annoying. Their products are competitive enough to get plenty of sales on their own merits.

The money I spend on hardware is never to take any company's side,and I'd be embarassed to agitate the community not to buy a product before a new gen launch.

Opening a thread, naively informing people about how company A is evil and company B is better, is doing nothing but creating anti, doing multi-billion companies favors.
TPU is hard enough to be in, with its influencers doing a lot of job for those companies, purposefully or not.

It doesn't need white knights for those companies opening threads to bash their competitors.

I don't see this problem either. Is it a fan fest because people say Ryzen are good CPUs? And I don't see people going on about AMD GPUs being awesome, I see people going on about how Nvidia is awful.
