OK, This is interesting

It appears that the card is not using hardware acceleration

This was after a Auqamark test, and it even scored lower[104,xxx]
with the same 750/1000

Your memory (copy) speeds seems to be working fine (consistent with my DDR at 200). I've updated the OP table with more CPU benchmark stats. Perhaps you should try all the CPU and GPU tests to see where you are losing out.
