There is no "best" until you spend at least a grand. Cheap monitors are more or less the same, any that ticks the boxes you need will do.
Just be careful with FreeSync, many cheaper monitors only have a very narrow range (practically unusable) that supports FreeSync.

Also, somewhat unrelated, but if you have to, you can work around a monitor's lack of height adjustment with a monitor arm.

well if we take cpu's the best low budget cpu is something like the i5 10400f,ryzen 3 3300x and 3600x

Not the best monitor for gaming, not just for multitasking but overall, best allround 4k monitor within my budget

I think you might be asking too much for too little. A basic 4K 32” monitor is what you can get for this price.

Shop around and see for yourself what’s available and what you like.

I don't think so, a basic 32" 4k monitor is something like a Samsung U32J590UQU

Within my budget i can get something like a Benq EW3270U and the ue, MSI Optix MAG321CURV, Viewsonic VX3276-4K-MHD,LG 32UN650-W

I don't consider them as basic 32" 4k monitors

I’m going by what I saw at scan.go.uk which is a quality retailer and fairly typical of what one can get. If you can get what you want at this price, then great.

im asking since i can read reviews but like more oppinions on a 4k monitor within my budget

I like multitasking with 1-2 twitch streams open, facebook or a hardware forum open but with my secondary monitor only being a 1080p monitor (144hz) i often have all i watch on that monitor in full screen,tv,youtube,1 twitch stream, tidal hifi, splitting it up into 2 parts is okay but not perfect size and resolution

My main 27" 2560x1440 144 hz it's much better splitting it up into 2, i just don't have space for a 3 monitor, 34" 3440x1440 would be okay

I am using Benq el2870u and so far I am satisfied with it....Yes sure it have TN panel colours are not perfect tho' they are more than good after proper calibration and HDR it's not perfect but response time is GREAT and monitor have Freesync....so for 4k gaming up to the 60fps is been great also 1440p looks pretty good on this 28"inch screen.....I believe that Benq EW3270U have the VA panel so that's mean more precise colours it's also 10 bit panel and have freesync....I said you are good to go IF you don't mind 60FPS/60hz refresh rate.....GL

Opinion: 32" 4k monitors for €500 suck. They can't even nail a DisplayHDR400 certification and DisplayHDR400 is something that gets awarded to pretty basic monitors.

Ain't it possible to bump up that budget?

Because anything at 100hz and more when we talk about 4K gaming starts at 6k in dkr and this is only 27inch.

This Philips fits in your budget it got a VA panel, 32inch, 4K, DisplayHDR 600 but only 60Hz and can do black crush which doesn't look nice: https://www.pricerunner.dk/pl/25-4851745/Skaerme/Philips-328P6VUBREB-Sammenlign-Priser

If you can save up some more cash like 675-740 eur you can find the Asus ROG Strix XG27UQ second handed even it's only 27inch but it's 144Hz, 4K, IPS panel, DCI-P3 at 95%: https://www.pricerunner.dk/pl/25-5141327/Skaerme/ASUS-ROG-Strix-XG27UQ-Sammenlign-Priser

The only alternative i have is 34" 3440x1440 144hz, yes it's more than 2560x1440, but not much, belive it or not 32" 16:9 is bigger than 34" 21:9 (area)

Entry level and cheap 4K monitors are pretty bad .. and you need more GPU power than a 6700XT unless you play older or indie / lesser demanding games maybe

Well then you have to wait a some years until 4K goes main stream (No ETA there I believe) or go with a solid 2560x1440 pixel panel when you want something that's good for gaming.

Because what you are searching for ain't gonna be for the 550 euro price sadly to say it.

rx 6700 xt is better than a rtx 2080 super, 4k isn't a problem since it's 60hz, 32" 144hz 4k costs more than twice my budget or more than a powercolor red devil rx 6700 xt

dirt 5 2560x144 144hz i get 144hz or more (it's smooth without freesync enabled at 60-80 fps), project cars 2 i get over 200fps with all on ultra, doom generally is easy games, need for speed hot persuit is limited to 60fps as well as the crew 2

You also forget that i can play demanding games on my 24" 1080 144hz monitor and the easy games a 32" 4k monitor (need for speeed hot persuite, the crew 2,dirt 3 older grid racing games + all facebook games like farmeville 2)

I had mine for almost a year now and I like it. At first it was huge resolution now it's nice I can do more things on the same space even I do miss 1440p but I still argue if I should go back to 1440p and take a Samsung Odyssey G7 evne the 1000R curve I am not so sure of.

The only alternative i have is 34" 3440x1440 144hz, yes it's more than 2560x1440, but not much, belive it or not 32" 16:9 is bigger than 34" 21:9 (area)

Well 34"inches is Ultra wide screen beside that on that resolution(3440x1440)have 110 DPI which is almost identical pixels per inch like 27"(109 DPI on 1440p).....4k/3840x2160 on 32" have 138 DPI so its sharper picture on 28"inch is even more sharper(157DPI) now all of this with pixel density really depends how far are you sitting from your monitor how good is your eyesight and do you really prefer the sharper picture over the higher refresh rate....

Yes it would be, because it's squarer. You get the most at a 1:1 ratio, which of course nobody makes. It's a common misconception that one sees more with a wider display, when the opposite is actually true. 1:1 shows you the most.

Actually, I have used one for quite a few years now and I think it's pretty damn good, so each to their own.
i have a samsung galaxy 10 plus at 2280x1080 6.4 " i often on forums with no mobile site, have to zoom in, okay 27" and 4k each full hd window, screen on the monitor would be as large as 4 of my phones 2 in length and width + a little extra, i just think compared to how i feel the size of text is with my 27" 1440p monitor, that i want to avoid 27" and 4k.

Splitting my 27" in 2 parts the monitor doesn't feel big, gaming it's feels big, 27" into 3 or 4 parts (screens) i wouldn't like to do since it would be to small in there size inches x inches or cm x cm, i want it to be 32" since i don't want to use scalling, i want the full resolution for multitasking and still be able to read text without having to zoom in.

I also want text on both of my monitors to be about the same size or else it would look strange

2 feet away, almost 46 years old, so less than 32" with 4k, is not gonna happen

Doesn't help if text is sharp but to small to read from a distance of 2 feet or between 50 and under 100cm

Hey....we are the same age so I get you....And yeah I am also using scaling(150%)to read text properly on 28"4k....Tho' gaming is a different thing.....Then 32" should be the sweet spot I guess.....

It's also "bigger" going by the pixel count: 8.3 vs 4.9 million pixels.

Just for you. Using a phone and a 4K screen in Windows are NOT the same. Loads of websites look crap using a phone, I have very few issues like that when using my screen. I use 125% scaling in Windows.

TheLostSwede take a 6-6.5" phone an divide the monitor in the 4 parts, se about how many times a 6-6.5" phone be in the part of the monitor

Then you get about the size of 1080 on a 4k monitor compared to a phone, even when it's 3-4 times the size of a phone, i still think native resolution and standard dpi with no scalling, you could have trouble reading some text.

Or imagine 1/4 of a 27" watching a movie, youtube in full hd and compare it to full screen on a 24" 1080p monitor, makes a huge difference, like a good stereo system vs a good surround system when watching movies.

1080 on a 27" is to low a resolution to make it look good, 4k 27" might look sharper BUT i think it's worse than 1080 on a 27", personally i don't know why dell have made a 24" or 23.5" 4k monitor in the past, except for those how take pro pictures who often zoom in and wants to avoid degradtaion of the picture, that only have space for 1 x24" 4k monitor, only for those people a 24" 4k monitor would make sense

I have seen a 5k apple pc, i think it was 27" a few years ago, that was okay, as i remember apple is much better in scaling than windows, by a mile

Yes, some websites don't look to good on a phone but sometimes i prefer the desktopversion of a site, because the layout is the same as on the pc, i therefor often have to zoom in on my phone which is easy but defeats the purpose of have a screen above 1080p (2280x1080).
