I hated all the Red Alerts. IMO they sucked.

After that I absolutely loved CnC 2 Tiberian Sun, but then I Recently bought CnC3, and I liked the story in that one better, to me it was just more fun.

I said Renegade, for its the only one I enjoyed...I am not a big RTS fan, but Renegade did have some RTS in it.
