Best CPU for ECS GeForce 7050M-M V2.0?

Guys, i need you're help
i am not really sure about hardware things

I wanna run my Motherboard (ECS GeForce 7050M-M V2.0)
still cant find the right CPU for her,
(i have option which is
ADO5000IAA5D0 AMD ATHLON64 X2 5000+ 2.6Ghz Cache 1MB 65W AM2
&
AD7550WCJ2BGH AMD ATHLON X2 7550 2.5Ghz Cache 1MB 95W AM2+)
but still not sure about it. lol

what u guys will do if u have that Motherboard this time, but need work with it on the optimal way

i would get this one AMD Athlon X2 7850 Black Edition Kuma 2.8GHz 2 x 5...
OEM= it is just the Processor, no heatsink

you will have to purchase a aftermarket heatsink. here are some that would work probably Am2+

I think that you shouldnt invest any more money on that motherboard, support is very limited and you only have a selection of really old CPUs to select from.

Put $120-130 aside and get yourself a new motherboard based on 740G, 760G, 780G chipset and Athlon II X3 or Athlon II X4. You can then reuse your ram.
