Yes....


You could theoretically not put fans on the radiator at all. The idea between more fans is more air flow, which means more cooling potential. You'd need to give us something more, if you want us to be able to add anything actually useful into the discussion.

so to confirm, i could put 5 fans on 1 side and 1 fan on the other on my radiator and it would work fine? does any1 think it would improve my temps?

As far as I know, adding more of the same fans to one side of a radiator won't do much of anything. The way to get more air into and through a radiator is to buy the fans you want in the first place. Using a radiator in push/pull config is worth about 3 degrees of improvement over running fans on only one side. I would hazard a guess that stacking fans would be worth maybe a single degree improvement if any at all!
