I recently got into undervolting because I keep getting thermal throttling.
I can't tell whether these settings are good or not, is there something I can do to prevent my laptop from thermal throttling?

prevent my laptop from thermal throttling
The best way to fix a thermal throttling problem is to open up your laptop and blow out the dust and dirt from the heatsinks. If that does not fix the problem then replace the thermal paste. This is called normal maintenance. You can use ThrottleStop to reduce your turbo power limits or reduce your CPU speed. This can cover up the problem but obviously will reduce performance.

If full performance is your goal, regular laptop maintenance is a must.

Do some Cinebench R23 testing. The core and cache offset voltages do not need to be set equal to each other. Most users with your CPU get better results by setting the core offset to a much bigger number compared to the cache. Leave the cache at your present setting and bump the core to -150 mV, -175 mV and -200 mV. Run Cinebench each time and see what works best. Cinebench is usually stable at -200 mV. For games, you might have to reduce that back to -175 mV. This can help a little with temperatures.

I tried -175 mV and -150 mV and ran Cinebench worked without any thermal throttling or any crashes. However, when I play games I get bsod.
My laptop is ASUS TUF FX505GT

I guess you will have to keep your voltages the same.
Alright I've gone back to the same voltages. Should I turn down the Turbo Ratio Limits from the original to this?

Well, that sucks :/
I definitely won't buy another laptop after this but thank you for developing this software unclewebb!
it was way worse than this before but after using the software, it really helped! :)
