Best way to troubleshoot card with another driver?

I have a Nvidia installed and need to try a 5970, then get back to the 480. What is the best and effortless way? :confused:

remove 480, install 5970, install catalyst, do your testing, remove 5970, uninstall catalyst, shut down, install 480

dont unninstal nvidia?

Can I do the same with a Nvidia or is it pushing it? I mean know i have the 5970 and cat 10.7 and GF whatever, can i place the 480? I want to compare sound at load
