I have an i5 10600k at 4.8ghz on all cores, i want to cool it better, since when it stress test it temps goes beyond normal, i don't wanna spend alot on a cooler since it's only at high usage it can get hot, my current cpu cooler is a scythe fuma 2 and something like a noctua nh-d15 has a hum at some rpm and don't think the single fan version is good enough, be quiet dark rock pro 4 or Be quiet! Pure Loop (i don't like the arctic freezer aio)
Case fan in my thermaltake core x71 artic p14 button rear and 3 in the front, nothing in the top, i prefer silence over 2-3c lower temps and noise, if possible i want to go for 5.0 ghz on all cores
