Hey shdssamir, all of it can be utilized by the 64bit os, whereas you can only use (about) 2gb tops on a 32 bit os. Someone else should be able to answer your question better relating to the videocard.

You could also download the new GPU-Z which will show how much ram is being used on your video card.
