Big problem with overclocking of 9800SE

I uinstalled the softmodded driver and then when i had a look on ati tools it had worked it opend another 4 pipelines! But nowwhenever i click on something or even worse when i play a game all of these wierd green grid things come up!!

help please!

no it doesnt...Probably no fix for it ill put the old drive back on yea??

Edit Now in ati tool it says no artifacts and yet still has the checkored board effect!??

The reason the 9800SE's have only 4 pipes is because the other 4 are defective, so they cant achieve 9800pro spec, so the manufacturers disable 4 pipes and sell it as a 9800SE.

Not all the time. There are plenty of fully working 9800 chips with disabled 4 pipes. So tey are also sold as 9800se so if u unloick 4 pipes you have a fully working 9800pro /non pro
