Hi my bios are Phoenix-Award on an Amythest-m MSI mobo. Can i unlock the bios?

If by locked, you mean password protected;
download the manual here: http://www.elhvb.com/mboards/OEM/HP/manual/amethystM_manual.pdf, refer to page 2-17 to reset the password, and you are in.

change it to manual.im guessing your trying to oc?
