Please get gpu-z take a screenshot and post it here, then please take a picture of the white sticker that has the SKU number on the back of the card, sometimes it is on the heatsink too.

Can you get a picture of the White SKU# sticker found on the back of the card, sometimes it is on the side of the heatsink near the pci edge connector?

For some reason those stickers just trigger my spidey senses. Either they have come from a different card and stuck on this one or the previous owner has attempted to peel them off for one reason or another - Im not sure why. The right corners being torn or 'flicked up' and the stickers not being quite straight and parallel to one another sets off some pretty big alarm bells.

I could be absolutely wrong though

I gave all possible files that match the subsystem ID, and his ram brand.

He just needs to look at finer details
