I'd say compare them and the us the temp of the average of them. But I'd prolly prefer CoreTemp or even HWMonitor.

I find that my bios temp and realtemp are pretty close to each other. I would personally trust realtemp the most though

realtemp, you wont be able to put a load on your cpu and check the temp in the bios, so i say realtemp.

100c is the max thermal limit for that chip, you will fry it if you dont bring your temps down. What settings are you using to get to 4.1ghz and what kind of cooling have you got ?

ive got the standard intel cooling (which i hear is rather poor) my cpu vcore is 145000, qpi pll 1.400, ioh core 1.400, ioh i/o 1.660 ich core 1/260 and ddr ram 1640 im guessing i should bring it back a bit

Wait let me get this straight, you have an i7 920 and have overclocked it to 4.1ghz with 1.45 vcore with the stock cooler, well seems like you really wanna fry that chip lol

why spend that amount of money on the setup and run the stock cooler if your overclocking?

You should really be running that stock, until you get a aftermarket cooler. You will kill it if your not careful.

+1 for RealTemp. With my setup my BIOS tells me that my CPU is below ambient which is impossible.
