Try using a different version bios and see what happens, or reflash it with the same one.
BTW are you flashing via windows?

That's what I was gonna say. First attempt a re-flash, and if that fails flash back to an older BIOS.

try this tool to update your bios MSIHQ Tool 1.18 and read the msi forum about it dont use m-flash
