I heard people already copied it for 360 though that dont matter much cause a regular 360 cant play "copied" games and its modd'ed to than you can go on xbox live. but how to do tht is not to be discussed here on theses fourms (hopefully it was ok to post that, but if not plz delete it).

I bought it in hope to give me some motivation to sell my games that Ive bought before locally along with this one after Im done playing it.. guess there cutting back on that too. Well hopefully Newtechie is right and after a month or 2 they release a patch for the game to work right... sigh wish I had gotten more sleep this week lol, Im working slow just had a nap at work lol lay'd out too lol.

Who would have thought an x850xt could not run this game? Screw P.S. 3.0!! I thought they were the same thing 2.0 and 3.0? Backwards compatible right?

no PS2.0 and 3.0 are rather different

I cant beleave this....guys..I need an answer here...I have a comp and so does my brother...if I were to install it on this system...can my brother install it on his system alsO?? and would we both be able to play??

I thin so since it only connects to the internet for sign up.. though you may have to call them and say you have 2 computers.. wah Im getting lost but from what he said yeah you can intall it on 2 computers... def look more into it though to be sure!

Maybe they will allow it if you have proof that you own the game ?. Maybe it's like Sprocket you can install x amount of times then you have to e-mail them about. I've had to contect them a few times now and it's been no problem whot so ever.

BUT SONY or who controls the info might be a total different.

I fail to see the purpose of this other than to raise consumer frustration to an entirely new level. It is supposed to limit the number of computers you can install the game on, but if you call them you are allowed to....... why bother then?

The real problem with this is based in faulty laws and corrupt lawyers. If fact, this will cost 2k games more money as they will have to hire additional staff to handle an increased volume of of tech support calls to fix copy protection with Bioshock.

They, by they, I mean the game companies are being stubborn and trying to prove a point. They are going to stop piracy if it bankrupts them.

Companies like Securerom aren't going to complain because to get anti pirate software, they charge skywards of $250,000 a pop.

It's really quite stupid, because there is always a hacker that will find a way to get past it, and you just wasted money on added tech support, the customers that you just pissed off, the price of the antipirate software.

With that, they just lost all of the money that they are saving.

PC gaming can take a hit from this though.. gaming might turn more to console down the road :O.. thier not making enough $$ of the game for PC... either that or we will just get badly ported games..

Thats just my thought from reading around, feel free to add your thought on this. they are selling alot more game copies for consoles (360) I think... and 360 has some anti piracy for if you mod you 360 you cant use live right?

well once consoles start getting good keyboards and mice.. it will be like (controlled hardware) pc gaming... not really good, but it could stop the pirating.. or maybe hackers will get mad and kill/hack the death out of consoles
