Is your hardware overclocked? If so maybe your OCs are unstable.

Crash to desktop? Appcrash error? Anything in the system logs by chance? Anything change before the game started crashing?

If there's no error box then it's gpu overheat, outdated directx or drivers not up to date.

and no one has said it... if it's not legit, don't complain, if it is don't use a no-dvd crack or whatever... Update drivers, check patches...
