Thought I'd start this one off - I've got the 128M.

Points - the primary graphics slot is the lower one next to the two PCI slots - and if you use the supplied DCCFX-P2 card in the first PCI-E slot, you get 16 lanes in the 2nd slot.

I can't lose a PCI so I'm running my HD4850 in the top slot (slot 2) at 8x speed, but I've seen no degradation of speed.

The board is running an AMD Phenom II 720BE at 3.7GHz with 4Gb of Corsair memory...

If you're using the board please post your thoughts...

It will not detect two nvidia cards either, a single 8800GT card worked in either slot when I installed two only one was detected in windows, tried every bios setting I can think off, if anyone works out how to get two nvidia cards working in this board please let me know...

It's CrossFire board and does not support SLI which is what you need for 2 Nvidia cards or a Intel x58 setup

Now rocking 8gb of ram with no problems with the overclocking. Would like to fit a vrm cooler from the am3 board but biostar don't seem to sell them separately. Oard has been reliable...

I have the same board with my x 940 BE. No problems here.... Love it! Seen a couple of cases where the VRM's burn out because of overclock....

Let me know if you find heatsink because I would like to get one too!

i have sticked an old vrm heatsink from an asus board to it. i smeared both sides of the thermal tape with mx-2, "glued" it in place, and secured it with the molex cable that connects to the board. works well with my UNSUPPORTED 955 (no p-states), i can hit 4 ghz, but its only 10min linpack stable. (3.87 works up to 48 hours crunching stable. im working on more;)

I wouldn't be so sure about that... ;)

But even without SLI, two geforce cards should still work, they do on other 790GX boards.

What about people doing folding@home or who want to add a second card for physX?

It's a shame coz apart from this, the FETs, and the backwards PCIE ports, it's not a bad board.

They really should have fixed this with a bios update by now. :(
