The "Black Myth: Wukong Benchmark Tool" is a PC benchmark application specifically developed for "Black Myth: Wukong". It evaluates your hardware performance and system compatibility through the real-time rendering of an in-game sequence.

You can customize benchmark settings to preview game visuals and performance under different graphics options.

※ Due to the complexity and variability of gaming scenarios, the benchmark results may not fully represent the actual gaming experience and final performance.

My laptop is too weak at default settings :(

Optimus confusion: result screen shows iGPU driver in spite of rendering on dGPU

Hi. I just downloaded the 7 to 8 gig benchmark tool and tested my tweaked 7800X3D (-25 PBO)/4090 suprim liquid ( 2955mhz and 200 mhz on vram).
They finally fixed the latency penalty with frame generation. With dlaa and frame gen at 4k you can get about 45 fps and half the latency vs frame generation off. At dlss set to quality at 75% rendering resolution you get about 25% latency reduction vs frame gen off. You can probably tweak it to get a solid 60 fps with minimal quality loss to image. Some things I changed was anti aliasing to very high, reflections to very high and view distance to high. The highest quality is Cinematic. Also ray tracing was at its maximum values. Cheers.
Also the recommended setting toggle works great too in terms of image quality and getting around 100 fps.

Should there be a standard preset?

Also in the news thread I thought I saw someone mention is favored CPU cores. I haven’t had time to go through these results but does that seem accurate?

Runs pretty okay on 4070 Super, 77 FPS with max settings incl. RT and dlss, 1440p.

I'm willing to bet this is not as demanding as the main game.

It looked good cpu wise to me loaded all 8 cores on my cache ccd pretty evenly.

I agree someone should come up with a standard preset maybe max settings 1440p 100% scaling with TSR no RT

How I plan on playing this game I dig the Chinese mythology vibe, always been a fan of journey to the west which I think originated in the 16th century. Will use framegen if it doesn't mess with the UI ofc.

Likely stupid alternative to naming being clear for everybody like "highest settings" or "ultra" ;)

EPIC.... it is unreal engine... so it is EPIC by default.

Damn, plus btw there're games having settings above commonly known as high end preset "ultra". I hope that devs will finally understand that there's no point to be creative here and you just can't beat "highest settings"...

Here's mine 112 fps with a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 7900 XTX

I was expecting better image quality, sincerely. Maybe the final game, in movement, looks more impressive.

what is cinematic quality?
The best one, with overkill settings not used for realtime. "Ultra" must be Unreal's Epic quality, almost the same visuals as Cinematic, but with much more better optimization and performance.
