Just changed my GFX (4850), and got that problem. Searching the webs said turn off Morphological Filtering. Which works 
But then i tried making a profil for it in ,Amd Vision Engine CC (CCC, old name), just unchecked MF, found wlmail.exe and hit save.
Turned back on MF and hit ok, fired up WLM and now it show up as usual, no more blur/unreadable mails.
Didn't read this solution anywhere.
BTW: Profiles = Gaming/3D App settings/App Profiles.
