Reset the CMOS in your bios (default) and make sure the bios is setup correctly.

Follow this guide to make sure all of your current and previous video drivers have been deleted: http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=52502 then reinstall 9.7.

If problem persists, try repairing Windows with the disc. If that doesn't work, you may have to reinstall Windows. ntoskrnl.exe is a system file and isn't related to your graphics drivers.

Didn't realize you were overclocked. Hopefully running stock works out for you. :toast:

I had that issue 1 time it was a incompatibility with the ram ,my bios reset and i didnt change everything back,to where it was set before.Follow the lead that erocker gave you it is probably
in the bios .If you can try a linux disc and that will probably boot.

at stock no bsods.
i'm thinking maybe my northbridge is overheating, i have no active cooling and its got a little heatsink. (4ghz maybe too much with passive cooling)

I did my overclock when ambient temps were low and its getting a bit hotter everyday.

i'll run memtest later to check the ram.
