Looking for a cheap wireless gamepad under $30. I don't care about skimping on features like rumble, but I need a decent D-Pad that's at least better than the one on my wired X360 controller. The main problem with my X360 controller is poor compatibility with older games, and also my cat tries to gnaw on the cord. I'd like to buy on Amazon so I can take advantage of my Prime membership for once.

I don't know much about gamepad (I only ever own Logitech F310, wingman gamepad extreme, and fake x360 controller),
but I think Logitech F710 ($40, more than your budget) is good for you.

- wireless
- ergonomic, just a littleeeee bit worse than X360's (this is PS style, I like Xbox's).
- okay dpad and analogs (I could be wrong though, for me it's quite okay).
- Xinput for newer games, Dinput for older games
- bonus: vibrate, programmable button on Dinput.
