Buffalo Japan is readying a set of high-density DDR3 memory options for Apple Macs. Available as a single module carrying the model number A3N1333-4G and as a dual-channel kit A3N1333-4GX2, these SO-DIMM modules are Mac-ready, and are technically DDR3-1333 MHz, offering capacities of 4 GB per module, 8 GB for the kit. The A3N1333-4G is priced in Japan at equivalent of US $268, and the A3N1333-4GX2 at $528. These will reach stores by mid-August (anytime soon).
