Bug with Average values

Sometimes, I think it's when GPUZ running for long periods of time, most average values dissappear and become -1 or -1.$
Sorry if this was reported but can't find.

I have GPU-Z open all day but I shut down my PC every night.

You keep it running 24/7 for a week or so?

No it was running for like 8 hours and during a game and browsing session

Sometimes it's normal and sometimes I get this, I can't find a pattern

Hmm, I let GPU-Z run for about 12 hours a day, never seen these odd values before.

Did you try it with another driver?

Well, I'm running it about 12 hours a day, I'm still on an older driver (376.33) , I'm not seeing these odd values, yeah also could be a hardware issue.

But he could try an older driver first, at least to rule that out.

DOH!
I see in the event viewer that the driver has stopped working 3 times, aka my GPU is crashing, maybe it has something to do with this.
I have it overclocked to 1133MHz and never noticed artifacts, screen flickering or anything wrong
I will undo the OCing and try to run GPUZ again and see if the same thing happens

I wonder if whatever game you are running is causing a driver reset when you exit the game.

That's the cause of the issue. It will read the sensor as "NAN" (not a number), a special value that any math done on results in NAN again, which is converted to -1.$ for display.

I guess I could exclude NAN values from min/max/avg calculations

Disclaimer: The below - first part of it - are 2 jokes.

I think you should show Euro symbol for European users, Pound sign for Brits, $$ for USA users, Australian dollar sign for Aussies, Yen sign for Japanese/etc.

Also, it you need donations, I think a better place would be maybe in Settings or About screen, not in the Sensors tab.

To be more serious, I suggest this - if the GPU driver restarts/crashes, maybe GPU-Z can detect that, and if it happens several times per day, it could show a dialog warning the user of same.
GPU-Z could do this only after 2-3 crashes of the driver in same day/several hours span, or maybe immediately even just after 1 such crash, it is up to you.
