Yes, it is "ok". However, even though that case does offer some decent cooling options, it only comes with 2 x 120mm fans which may not offer a sufficient supply of cool air flowing through the box. I personally don't like small cases for gaming machines. They fall into the same category (for me) as notebook cases. When you consider even quality mid tower cases are challenged to keep tasked systems cooled, smaller cases are even more challenged.

Also, a new computer typically requires a new Windows license. Remember, OEM/System Builders licenses that came with or purchased for a previous computer cannot legally be transferred to a new computer under any circumstances. Only full Retail licenses can legally be transferred.

Thank your for you answer and response. I appreciate your help and advice.
Bill_Bright, NR200P case is good for value. I will play Shooter game, for example, Rainbow Six, WWII and tom clancy's ghost recon.
What type of fans should I add to my build? Should it will be playing shooter games are ok? Waiting your feedback.

It is not a question of value - though you didn't state your budget so couldn't comment on value now anyway.

Can't tell you what you need now for fans. But if you find your temps are too high when you are taxing your system, I would probably look at adding bottom fans (as intakes) to compliment the included top mounted (exhaust) fans. Just note the precaution listed here about the possible need for slim fans.

Okay. I want to build this Gaming PC using around USD1000-1200. If i want to check the case, which case did you suggest? I appreciate you great help.

How important to you is going with ITX and SFF?

I like Fractal Design cases but then I also like mid-tower PCs.

Please read the review of that CPU posted here on TPU so you will understand the value of a Z490 motherboard for this CPU. You might want to bump the RAM to a higher speed as well.

I think it's not important for me to build a ITX case gaming. That is my first time to build mini case gaming. I'm also worrying the heat issues after watching unboxing video on Youtube. Do you have any other suggestions? I really appreciate your great help.

Not until you settle on a case size. As I said above, I like mid-tower cases. My next will likely be the FD Define 7. Yes, a bit pricy but I do expect it to last and support me through many years of evolving upgrades.

But you said you "think" it's not important to build an ITX case. That sounds like you are not sure what you want to do - yet. There are also MicroATX (mini tower) cases - bigger than mini-ITX but smaller than mid towers. But for me, I would still go with a mid tower. A good mid-tower will easily support many drives and expansion cards, provide lots of large fan (140mm or larger) options (not to mention alternative cooling options), and a good case will have removable, washable filters - a must for me. Finally, a good case will suppress fan noise - also a must for me because I hate fan noise.

See this case size comparison.

I found this case to be an excellent mitx case. Plus it comes with a 650w gold PSU - quality TBD.

https://www.in-win.com/en/gaming-chassis/a1-plus/

One thing to keep in mind about mitx builds, it gets expensive for quality components.

I do not recommend the lower tier Corsair line of PSUs. They have not lived up to Corsair's reputation for making fine PSUs. I prefer EVGA or Seasonic "Gold" supplies.

That CPU comes with a cooler so I see no need to get another unless doing some extreme overclocking. Not to mention, did you do your homework concerning the size of that SE-224-XT cooler to see if it would even fit in that case? Same question with the graphics card?

That's not a fair comparison, the Corsair RM lines (i think they have close to 200 different variants or close to ) compete with the EVGA and Seasonic gold lines. The corsiar CX lines compete with the evga BQ and S12III, and compete very well against those lines.

I think I need to do my homework first. I'm thinking the graphic card is fit to NR400 or not. But, the motherboard is okay to use?

:( I didn't compare them. Please read what I said (and what you quoted!).

I specifically said (my bold underline this time), "I prefer EVGA or Seasonic "Gold" supplies".

The Corsair the OP mentioned is a CX "Bronze". I specifically said EVGA "Gold". The EVGA BQ series are Bronze. I never said I prefer, nor have I ever recommended the BQ series.

I understand all that Bill, my point was more that obviously the evga/seasonic gold series are better then the corsair cx series but that corsair cx series is positioned to compete against other bronze series.

So "now" you agree with my statement - indicating it was a fair comparison after all!

Great!

It still does not change my recommendation. I don't recommend the lower tier Corsairs. And "I" "prefer" EVGA and Seasonic Golds.

I believe what Bill's saying is to not buy any Bronze PSU at all?
I'd agree with that - Gold is the minimum tier I'd consider unless its an $500-or-below hard budget build. I'd always spend >10% of my budget on the PSU. A bad PSU can not only damage your computer but potentially be a fire hazard for your entire neighborhood.

I'm not arguing with your preference or that those gold lines are better. I'm saying that your line of "They have not lived up to Corsair's reputation for making fine PSUs" can also be used for the S12III (not even made by Seasonic) and BQ line that fails to impress compared to evga superflower gold lines. That's all.

For me personally, I find the latest CX lines to be solid and well reviewed on TPU, Toms, JG, Nikkitech among other professional reviewers. I'v used them in my wife's build and as a backup/testing PSU. For the budget build, they are fine and better then a loty of their competition. Are they in my personal gaming PC? No, I wanted something better.

What about something like this? It's $30 over budget, but I managed to squeeze a 10600K in there

Why the 2060S, the 2070 can be had at the exact same price ($400)
I just quickly pulled the same GPU tier from the lists OP made. Missed the fact that the 2070 is priced the same.

for $10 more you get a better platform PSU with double the warranty

You can also get an NVMe off amazon like the WD 550 that's the same price as the crucial MX500 SSD but faster.

That PSU was listed on PCPP for $135. I've avoided recommending the GA/G5 lines as they're newer and I haven't seen many reviews on them, but I also haven't looked very hard :p
As for SSD, I tend to just default to the MX500 because unless specifically stated, most people aren't going to take advantage of the NVMe-class sequential speeds. For the same price I guess it's not a bad idea to swap for the SN550 though, even though OP stated they're just gaming. List is updated: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LFfPRk
