This buzzing noise seems to happen at the most random times, but my RX 480 makes this short but weird 'brrrttt" noise every half a second, then stops after awhile. I thought it was my HDD dying, but it was coming from my graphics card! I cleaned out the card to see if a fan was hitting something but it's just a little dust that came out. Is this just coil whine or something? It's starting to worry me a little bit.

when does it happen specifically?? normally coil whine occurs during high load rendering, etc.... try and test how, and when it is happening.

report back...if it is coil whine, there is Nothing to worry about, its normal for many cards...dont sweat it

Run the inbuilt GPU-Z gfx test. It runs such high fps it could make dead cards coils whine. Coil whine requires GPU stress but normally high fps.

Sorry for the long reply, but it's extremely random. It seems to start when I start up CS:GO and persists a little while after. I can possibly upload a video to show you guys since I've never heard coil whine like this.
