Can anyone help me figure out what is going on? When I play games it feels like I am almost slowing down or having a disconnects with the game.

i would have thought a cheaper brand 600w is a little low?

just read this -

Best PSU for NVIDIA RTX 3070 GPU. NVIDIA recommends a 650W PSU for the RTX 3070, but if you're currently working with, say, a 600W PSU, you might get along just fine depending on other hardware in your system

So just starting the loading screen of lol will push it that far???? when I can play the game on 2010 mac compared to the rtx 3070 why would it push up that far?

I also think so I am looking at a couple of alternatives.

To be honest , i wouldnt buy one of those, get a reputable brand, might cost a little more, but worth it in the longrun , go for a Corsair,Seasonic ,EVGA, with the cheaper brands, u could just be swapping the problem to another psu, with a decent card like a 3070 i wouldnt risk running it on a pretty much lower end PSU.
