as the title, i wonder if i use another gtx 950 or750ti just for more monitors is it possible ?

Yes, just remember that the 3D performance on each screen will be affected by the video card used - so dont expect to run demanding 3D titles on your third (or fourth, fifth etc) monitor if you use a weak secondary GPU.

If you have onboard graphics in the CPU/motherboard, you can use that too.

If your system has a CPU w/ IGP, you can run the 2nd monitor off that.

With beefier cards (Say 970) , you can do SLI , but these days, I wouldn't recommend that outside of 4k

i need to use like 3 more monitors with secondary card for some notes + vertical text/manga reading + 1 for extra things...
