cant really do much with that card apart from OC the nuts off it, and even then it still wont be that great for games

the 4850 is nice and cheap and im sure he will like it a whole lot more.

if he was to sell his current card itd cost him less to upgrade to a card that beats the 8800GTS...cant go wrong there :eek:

maybe, what do you use to test stability? if nothing you better download furmark and run it to see if you get any artifacts. I'd also download rivatuner instead of amd overdrive. There is no limit to oc'ing there is only death for the chip oc'ed

EDIT: just a curious question, how fast do u usually download, that internet connection is killer!

you want to download the ATITool overclocking program that you can find on this site

The 3650 can overclock to about 825MHz core and 1000MHz, so you've got a lot of room left, at those speeds it's pretty good

were you able to play any games at that speed? 825-830 core is usually the stable max with the 3650 without corresponding hardware voltage mods

oh yeah ut2004 i was getting about 86 avg fps with it before i was getting about 62fps maxed out

my internet connection is usualy about 1.32MB down and 786 kB up on bit torrent steady while still surfing the internet or playing xbox live with no hicupps

i get like 300-500kbs on download for utorrent, then about 22kb/s max upload haha.
