Can i overclock my gtx 980 ti?

Hi all, I wish to overclock my evga gtx 980 ti but im worried that my power supply may not be enough. The following is my specs list.
EVGA Gtx 980 ti Classified
Ryzen 5 2600 w Deepcool Gammaxx 400 cooler
G skill aegis 3200mhz 8gb ddr4 x 2
Asrock b450m pro4
Corsair cx550m grey
1tb seagate barraccuda hdd
1tb crucial p1 nvme ssd
3 3pins molex case fans
2 4pins pwm case fans

I personally wouldn't, unless you can get away with not increasing power draw. Try +100mhz on the core for starters.

I manage to oc it by +100mhz core and +150mhz mem on 80% power limit. Is that safe? I also used coolermaster power calculator and my result was 411w. So factoring in oc, i should be around 500w worst case scenario right?

I would do 100% power limit and keep the core and memory bumps at +100 and +150.

I dont have much knowledge in overclocking but isnt decreasing power limit will lower the temps since the gpu will draw less power?

i think you would be ok with that overclock but i wouldnt bump it up any more. your psu isnt bad but if it starts hardbooting id return the gpu to stock settings.

Okay thanks. Do i need to increase my power limit to 100%? I'm really worried about the heat. It's already hitting 75C but my ambient temps is also around 30 to 34C

if the cards running good as is on the power id leave it where its is, 75c is ok.
