Maybe at 640x480 resolution and low settings. But you could get a used 8800GT or similar to install into that PC and then you'd probably do okay at medium resolutions and settings.

Ya those cards should come close to maxing it out honestly. MW3 isn't that graphically intensive. What resolution do you run? That can play a big part as well. Make sure you have the PSU necessary to handle the extra graphics card grunt and has 8/6-pin PCI-e power adapters to feed the graphics card the juice it requires for 3D mode.

GTX260 could do it. That ram and CPU is going to be your limiting factor IMO.

If all you want to do is play cod, it'd be cheaper to buy an xbox than to upgrade that machine imo.

No..I dont only play call of duty..I play Battlefield,Nba,The Elder Scrolls,Gta,and much more on pc...I prefer to upgrade my pc every 2 years other than waiting 5 years for a next console to come out.
Really? If you are running an E6600 then it looks like you upgrade once every 7 years
As for your question, no you cant play MW3 or any of the other games you mentioned. They may load, but the performance and frame rate will be terrible and unbearable.
With GMA950, you can forget 99% of modern cards. Firstly because it has awful SM2.0 support and doesn't have hardware vertex shaders and doesn't support TnL. And there is also a speed thing...
Any, even the cheapest Radeon or GeForce will be better. You can get them for like 30 bucks... i was playing Half-Life 2 and Painkiller with GeForce 8400 GS as a backup card because my main one died back then.

yes, like the guys said, 8800gt, can be ok, i played it on medium/high settings on 1920x1080 with e8400 and 8800gt ~40 fps. you can overclock your e6600. gtx 260 should give you very good performance at that resolution, and ram should not be limiting factor.
