Ya those cards should come close to maxing it out honestly. MW3 isn't that graphically intensive. What resolution do you run? That can play a big part as well. Make sure you have the PSU necessary to handle the extra graphics card grunt and has 8/6-pin PCI-e power adapters to feed the graphics card the juice it requires for 3D mode.
