Hi im looking at Asrock or Asus (had great support and rma experience)and a z87 chipset for a i7 4790k CPU, Id like to spend around 200 but if there's some kind of awesome stuff on another board that costs 250 then im fine with that. Oh yeah, i plan to do a 2 card SLI or AMD equivalent
Thanks,
Sebastian

Why not get a Z97 board, better built for the 4790K chip, should be able to find some in your price range.

I'd also suggest going with a Z97 board, you will need to flash a newer bios on most Z87 boards to make the 4790k run.

For a lower price board I'd suggest Z97-A or Z97x-gaming5.

At around $200 my boards of choice are the Z97 SOC Force (has a great VRM), ASUS Z97 Sabertooth Mk2, and Maximus VII hero.
