Microsoft did note this yesterday, I think, and there are news outlets all over the world repeating and reporting it. This article from Reuters talks about "organizations" using it to target civil individuals and groups all over the world. Looks like Microsoft has patched the known vulnerability, but asw with most of these things, they rarely put all their eggs on display in the same basket. There will be others that pop up from the same group before long, I'm betting, unless they're actually holding them and using them one-by-one, which is definitely a possibility...
