Cannot get ThrottleStop to actually change FIVR

Hello All,
Attempting to undervolt with ThrottleStop. Set the Undervolt to 125mv, which should work, and applied. Saw no temp difference, so I set the undervolt to -1000mv, which should immediately crash the computer. However, it did not crash the computer, suggesting the FIVR did not change. ThrottleStop is not in monitoring mode. The undervolt works in XTU. Help is appreciated.
