Can't Post w/ RAM D.O.C.P Profile

I purchased some Samsung B-die ram (see system here), and I feel like I am wasting it by not overclocking. However, when I enable the D.O.C.P. profile in my Asus BIOS, it refuses to post. I have tried to manually set it at 3600/1800 and even 3200/1600. I have raised dram voltage to 1.47v, Vsoc to 1.1v and then started raising vddg iod slowly from 0.95v upto 1.05v in incements of +0.025v, but that didn't work either. Below are my current stats in Ryzen Master and HWiNFO. Any ideas on how to successfully overclock this RAM?

Some boards will only run two sticks of RAM at XMP profile and not 4.
Try with two stick and try to post with XMP.

Ok I’ll give it a shot. If it does work, would it make more sense to run 16gb overclocked or 32gb not? PC is primarily for gaming, including VR. Thanks!

Install the two stick in RAM slots A2 and B2. You should not have any issues gaming with 16GB in most cases.

Thanks - just tried it out, and still wouldn't post unfortunately. Used the loaded settings from the D.O.C.P. profile, then tried to manually go a little lower at 3200/1600. Is there some other setting that needs to be changed? For example, I had trouble posting with Resizable Bar until I disabled CSM.

The only thing else I can recommend is rest you BIOS to default then try to post at XMP profile again.
Verify manually your voltage is 1.45V for the RAM stick before you load the DOCP.

CSM is mainly for legacy hardware support. Which is on by default and not needed it should be on UEFI.

I'm not familiar with asus bios but usually you just set voltages and xmp and go, if it's not posting with xmp profiles try setting the vddp to 0.95v iod to 1.0v and ccd to 1.05v and soc to 1.1v. (these are optimal for ryzen 3000, ryzen 5000 need to be 40mv apart for optimal)

Also set the ram voltage to the sticker value on the ram or lower if you're underclocking. Also you could try breaking the 1:1 ratio like set the infinity fabric to 1800 and the ram to 3200 and see if it boots.

Also try swapping to the other 2 sticks.

Thanks for the suggestions - sounds like a lot of trial and error trouble shooting, so I will have to get to it after work today.

I went over the QVL support page again and it says all 4 sticks should work with DOCP. Its say 1,2,4 meaning 1,2 or 4 sticks are support on that board.

Are you running the latest BIOS for your board? If its still doesn't work after you update or are updated to the latest BIOS, I would contact ASUS support.

I am running the latest BIOS (Aug 2021 I believe). Hadn't thought of contacting ASUS, so I may go that route to see if they can assist.

Spoke with ASUS tech support, and they were unhelpful. Said it should work, and since it doesn't, it must be a mobo issue. I don't feel like RMAing just to overclock RAM, so I will just have to try not to think about the fact that I am not maxing out my memory's capabilities.

Well...kept trying. Didn't use the Auto DOCP profile, instead put it to Manual and put in 3200/1600 - which booted! But the timings went to a terrible 22-22-22-52...
