Cant Update BIOS 3080 TUF

I cant update the vBIOS. The provided Update.exe from Asus gives me following error "Your graphics card no need new vBIOS"

If I want to manually update my vBIOS I get this Error.

Im on the 94.02.26.80.AS06 vbios

Is there an error with your card where the manufacturer suggests changing the vBios?

Asus released a new BIOS. They fixed the zero fan at idle.

Does anybody have an Idea? Even with -f -6 I cant flash the new rom

Funny I tried contacting Asus about this issue and I think I have gone through the entire support team as a new member chimes in on our email body almost once a week. Each member of the team either gives me a very generic response or repeats themselves from the previous ones. Seems to get nowhere very slowly.... I am considering setting up a RMA but I will try and update the GPU on another PC to see if the card is able to apply the bios update.
