Well, I have my antec 900 case wires for audio plugged in my motherboard on the right position. The problem I'm having is...I get no sound or mic when I plug them in. Speakers are working fine through motherboard, but jack isn't working. I can't figure out what I've done wrong because everything seems to be in the right position. Please help

Is Windows Audio enabled in your services?

    Seems silly, but it happens.

    Ok...

My F_AUDIO connector says it supports either HD or AC97 front panel audio module. (Check the pin assignments carefully if you want to use the front audio function.

Here is my pin assignment for my motherboard:

    10 . . 9
    - .
    . .
    . .
    2 . . 1

    AC'97 Audio:

    Pin No. :: Definition

    1 Mic
    2 GND
    3 Mic Power
    4 NC
    5 Line out (R)
    6 NC
    7 NC
    8 No Pin
    9 Line Out (L)
    10 NC

Everything seems to match up... However my antec 900 instruction manual is very vague about the front audio connector.

If my assumption is correct, you have to connect the AC97 to the F_Audoi connector. Not the HDAudio

I am, my front audio connector isn't HD.
